A gentle remedy for cleansing the stomach and the whole body will be a decoction of pine or fir needles.
5 tablespoons of chopped needles (collection of the current year!) Pour 500 ml. boiling water. The resulting product is brought to a boil and simmered for 10 minutes over low heat, after which it is left to infuse for 10 hours in a warm place.
The finished infusion is filtered and placed in a thermos. Consumed throughout the day every 30 minutes instead of water. Cleansing lasts until the cloudy urine, in the process of excretion of excess substances, becomes light and transparent.
After coniferous cleansing, it is recommended every morning on an empty stomach to drink a glass of drinking water, decoction of chamomile, mint, knotweed or wild rose. And twice a month in the morning, 30 minutes before meals, drink 1.5 liters of warm boiled water with a tablespoon of honey and a teaspoon of salt (honey will nourish the body with useful substances, salt will provide dehydration, both of these components will act as an antiseptic).
Remember that the decoctions should always be freshly brewed! Use in enamel or porcelain dishes. When steaming herbs, try to keep a distance of at least 2-3 cm between the lid and the water surface (for a large container, more) - this will increase the efficiency of preparation of the product.
