In addition to the classic version of preparing a bath with soda, there is also a bath with soda and salt, which, according to reviews, is even more effective for losing weight.

Dissolve in a small amount of boiling water 300 g of baking soda and 1/2 kg of sea salt (if possible, 1 kg), and add the concentrate to the bath. Do not be afraid that this is too much. Even in such a volume, the concentration will be less than in natural seawater.

To consolidate the effect of the baking soda bath, apply a body scrub after taking it. You can take a store or make it yourself. Two tablespoons of honey are mixed with one tablespoon of baking soda.

Bath soda is used clearly according to the specified recipes. In no case do not use it internally. This can lower the acidity in the digestive organs, damage the lining in the stomach or intestines, and also provoke an ulcer in them.
