Curd casserole

Juicy broccoli casserole

Broccoli and zucchini curd casserole:

  • 200 g green cabbage;
  • 200 g zucchini;
  • 100 g of cottage cheese;
  • 3 large eggs;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • salt.

First, let's prepare the vegetables. Carefully divide the cabbage into small pieces, cook for five minutes, then immediately put it on ice to preserve its color. Peel the zucchini, rub it on a grater. Cut the tomatoes into strips.

Beat eggs, gradually add salt, cottage cheese, then zucchini with tomatoes and stir.

Before pouring our curd mixture, grease the mold with butter. Put the inflorescences on top. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes until golden brown.

Broccoli casserole in a curd-vegetable mixture is served immediately hot, hot!

Meat casserole

Meat casseroles are the second most popular. In general, meat in pieces or minced meat goes very well with potatoes, rice, pasta, vegetables.

It is best if they are preliminarily brought to half-readiness, and the pasta is still rinsed with cold water so that it does not stick together. Let's prepare a dish with chicken and broccoli.

  • 300 g chicken or minced meat;
  • 200 g cream;
  • 110 g of hard cheese;
  • spices, herbs.

Chop the meat finely or twist it through a meat grinder. Boil cabbage, namely its inflorescences, in boiling water for three minutes. If you have a frozen version, then just defrost it.

Grease the form with butter, put cabbage on the bottom, salt, pepper, pour cream. Put the meat pieces on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese or put on top in a thin layer. You can decorate with greenor additional spices.

Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. The process lasts 40 minutes. And the smells spread throughout the house in 20 minutes.

Broccoli Rice Casserole:

  • a glass of rice;
  • onion;
  • ¼ glass of milk;
  • 120 grams of cheese;
  • 2 spoons of olive oil;
  • 8-10 cabbage inflorescences;
  • egg;
  • spices.

We wash the rice with running water, cook until tender. We also boil cabbage inflorescences, drain the water. Rub the cheese, chop the onion.

Beat the milk with a blender. Lubricate ovenware with oil, put the ingredients in it: in layers or mixed. Fill with a mixture of milk and eggs.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. In 45 minutes, your broccoli rice casserole is ready.

Vegetable casserole

This dish may include different vegetables: tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, cabbage, carrots, zucchini. It tastes better if you fry them a little in oil first.

And splendor, airiness is determined by the number of eggs used. By the way, you can also use rice or pasta in this casserole.

We clean other vegetables, wash. Chop the onion, tomatoes, peppers, and rub the carrots. First fry the onion, then add the carrots, pepper, tomatoes. Simmer for a few minutes.

Grease the mold with butter, sprinkle with half of the breadcrumbs. Put cabbage and stewed vegetables in it.

Beat eggs and cream in a blender. Mix the rest of the rusks, flour, nutmegs, dilute with milk. Then we combine everything, salt, pepper. Pour vegetables with this mixture, sprinkle with cheese.

We bake at 190 degrees until tender. You can check the readiness with a toothpick - if it is dry after piercing the casserole, then the dish is ready!

Cheese casserole

The cheese creates a crispy, golden crust on the platter. Moreover, each variety will give him its own unforgettable taste. Cheese goes well with all products, including cauliflower.

  • 250 g sour cream;
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese;
  • 100 g feta cheese;
  • 4 eggs;
  • a bunch of cilantro, dill;
  • 4 g each of spices: curry, sweet paprika, black pepper;
  • 4 g butter;
  • 2 g salt;
  • 10 g breadcrumbs.

Divide the cabbage into small pieces of inflorescences, boil it, get rid of the liquid, freeze it.

Beat eggs. We mix sour cream, feta cheese. Add beaten eggs, spices, chopped herbs to this mixture.

In a dish greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put pieces of cabbage, fill with a mixture with spices, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Broccoli cheese casserole is ready in half an hour after we put it in the oven at 180 degrees. Poured with cream, serve it for dinner!

Cooking in a multicooker

Many housewives have purchased a multicooker to help themselves as kitchen utensils. It saves time and also preserves the nutrients of the food. Try your multi-cooker broccoli casserole.

  • a glass of water;
  • 7 cabbage inflorescences;
  • 150 grams of sausages or sausages;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • 70 grams of cream;
  • 2 eggs;
  • salt, pepper, herbs.

In a slow cooker, first we cook pasta with cabbage and sausage. We put these ingredients in a bowl, fill with water, salt, pepper, put on the Baking mode. Mix the food in half an hour.

Beat eggs in a bowl, pour cream, add grated cheese, chopped herbs, mix. Pour this mass onto the food in the bowl. We turn on the Baking mode again for 10 minutes. Put a hearty casserole in small portions.
